Each piece is carefully prepared, packaged and shipped from Ankara, Türkiye.

For ready-to-ship works, we aim to deliver orders within 7 days from order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination and circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive the available shipping information and, where applicable, tracking details after your order has been dispatched.
 

International Orders

We ship internationally.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs procedures and local regulations.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
 

PACKAGING

Every artwork is individually prepared and carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

Because the pieces are handmade and may contain delicate sculptural elements, appropriate protective packaging is used according to the size and structure of each work.
 

DAMAGED ARRIVALS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at eylulalicioglu@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number,

• photographs of the outer packaging,

• photographs of the damaged artwork,

• and any other relevant information.

This documentation helps us assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.
 

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Standard, non-personalised products may be subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable under Turkish consumer legislation.

If you wish to exercise a valid right of withdrawal, please contact:

before returning the product so that return instructions can be provided.

Products must be returned in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
 

CUSTOM-MADE WORKS

Some artworks are produced specifically according to the customer's individual requirements, including:

• custom dimensions,

• custom colours,

• custom forms,

• custom compositions.

Because these works are created specifically according to the customer's personal specifications, the statutory exception applicable to personalised goods may apply.

Therefore, custom-made or commissioned artworks may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The specific terms of a commissioned work will be confirmed with the customer before production begins.
 

HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Each artwork is made by hand.

Small variations in colour, texture, brushwork, shape and surface are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects when they are within reasonable handmade variation.

No two pieces are expected to be perfectly identical.
